!!! LOGOS EVERYWHERE !!!

~Every trademark begins with a design. To be more exact the design is called a logo. This is made as a symbol or icon to represent a corporation, products, and other entities. A logo consists of an image and the company's name. This becomes unique by altering the letters, colors, and graphics. The color plays an important part as well. The color can strike as an emotion in another form. Such as loud colors (red) which are meant to attract attention.Green usually associates with health and environment issues.
~Logos are seen in the marketing business. This helps to promote an organization and other non-commercial companies. Though this seems fun and exciting the hardest part about designing a logo is to come up with the idea and infuse the principles and boundaries together with the wants of the client. So in the end it isn't that easy. But its still fun!! *laughs*

* A Manga Artist *

~For a long time manga has been the same. Simple white paper with drawings on it. This will remain the same for now ,but for the contents within the book things are taking a turn. The drawings are now more realistic. there are more color pages appearing. The action within the book seems to be so intense that it makes you feel as if you are the character you read about so many times before. The manga artists are now putting an exceeding amount of details into their drawings.
~A lot more time is being taken into account and the artists are making sure to make their fans proud. Manga is not just a book with pictures that depict a story , its an entire new generation of work assembled by many .Even some such as yourself.Manga artists get paid fairly for their work. They are abled towork in a very casual working environment rather than so informal.Working hours are very flexible and the hours are usually unusual.Overall its one of the most funnest up beat careers anyone could want for themselves.

" Social Survival O_O "

When going to college many are nervous and afraid when it comes to socializing and passing the classes. For young students such as myself that are straight out of high school, the first term feels like emotions are being tossed around.Trying to be an adult but still having the kid inside play its part.Yes its hard to grow up but you are not alone. For those who haven't been in school for a while, its more of a nervous wreck. There is a feeling of being left out overpowering your heart and its scary and nerve wrecking. But once again remember your not alone. To make things just a bit easier here are a couple of tips to be aware of:
1.Join a club or activity
-Join a club in which you have a great deal of interest, that way you can meet people with common interests as you.
2.Be open minded
-College is the spark of a new beginning. In other words creating a "New You".So don't be afraid, you owe it to yourself.
3.Join a study group
-Although its not suppose to be fun its a great way to meet students and study of course.
4.Play time
-Having fun is also important as well.Put it into your life's routine.
~For more tips and strategies visit the college survival website.

I HOPE THIS ENCOURAGES YOU. GOOD LUCK!!!

Future Entertainment !!!

~Project natal is a nick name given to a controller free gaming experience from Microsoft. This project was presented at the E3 2009 (gaming EXPO).Project Natal is a peripheral (device attached to a host) for the Xbox 360 console. With project natal the gamer becomes the control. With gestures, commands, or objects/images there is no need to touch a controller due to this natural user interface. The sensor consists of an RGB camera,multi-array microphone, and custom software.
~This software offers a full-body 3D motion capture, face recognizance, and a voice ambient suppression (allowing headset-free party chats). The sensor is an CMOS sensor which allows it to scan under any light conditions. You can adjust the range of the sensor based on the player's surroundings ( for example couches and tables in the way).Unfortunately this highly attractive software will not be out soon.It is said to be released in late 2010.The price is also not set.I personally cant wait to get into action with this new device. We will see how well it goes in the future then.Find out more at the WEBSITE.

Anime Convention 2009

~The anime convention is one of the most recognizable conventions to all those who love to watch and draw anime. Not only is this a fun way to spend the end of September but also one of the greatest opportunities for an artist or anyone with a dream of being in the animation industry.Along with a concert, shows by friends, screenings, and a lot of free hugs you get to show off your work to all the artists you love and admire getting professional feedback in return. This year the convention will take place at the Jacob K. Javits Center in Manhattan,NY on September 25-27,2009.
~You can either go for one day or you can go for the entire weekend. The price varies but not a lot.You can see all the information at the WEBSITE.The funnest part about going to the convention is hanging out with your friends and making memories. Also you get to dress up as your favorite character or whatever you want.Autographs are free so bring a notepad. In my opinion I believe this an opportunity no anime artist should pass up.In fact many artists wanting a profession in this industry will be there with portfolios ,others will be there mainly for buisness rather than pleasure. You might even get a couple of offers from the professionals!!! Its just a fun experience in general.
HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!

Cloudy with a Chance of......Meatballs??!!!

Yep, a chance of meatballs. The new ANIMATED FILM that is based on the children's book (same as title) by Judi Barrett and Ron Barrett is a fun exploration for the whole family to love. This new 3D animated feature was created using "Arnold".This is a new animation rendering software. In comparison to other software such as PIXAR's and RenderMan, Arnold automatically creates a bounce light instead of making the animators mimic it by adding a secondary light source to each of their scenes.
~This new method proved to be very helpful to the developers due to all the light having to bounce in the interior and exterior of food within the movie. In this movie a scientist named Flint Lockwood creates a new invention able to turn water into food which eliminates world hunger , but with consequences. As a side effect, global problems begin to evolve as the invention suddenly has a mind of its own.The animated film will be coming to theaters on September 18,2009 .Ubisoft has announced that the VIDEO GAME based on the movie will come out on PS3,Xbox 360,Wii,Nintendo DS, and PSP.It will be released on September 15,2009 and said to have alot of effects in it aswell as it developes. I suddenly feel hungry *laughs*
